Maybe re-installing the OS and everything on your computer, and any
other PCs in the vicinity could help? ;-)
Seriously, this seems to be a stupid OS caching problem, and I don't
have any solutions for you, but I bet it won't show its ugly face on
another machine (when you distribute the app.) And of course you have
my condolences.
