All,

We have a large number of users running a single mandatory profile. � All users
have their profile path set to :-

%LOGONSERVER%\sharename\profilename.man

5 people out of 250 odd users are have an issue whereby their profile fails to
download and they are presented with no icons at all.

All workstations are NT4 SP5.

Each time this happens all we do is delete any old / previous profiles from
their machine and they login fine the next time.

I have enabled the 'remove locally cached profiles' bit in the system policy,
however this makes no difference to these 5 users.

Any help on this would be appreciated.
