I swapped the RAM, but not the HD. I will also try that. I did the one CPU at a time thing... same problem with both CPUs... unless both CPUs are bad, unlikely. This system ran with Windows NT4 for about 1 1/2 years without any problems. Only change is a new hard drive and a clean installation.
