64MB is fine for what the server is doing, assuming it's only doing what we
were told.

It will boot slowly, but run fine.

Win2K is less forgiving with that amount of RAM, but NT will be fine.

64MB?  I'm kind of surprised that you don't have a lot of other issues.  I
know that NT / 2000 will boot with that little RAM, but......  I don't think
that I've built a server with less than 384MB in a LONG time.
