I am using Terminal Server 4.0 and have Citrix Metaframe to connect to it.
My question is that I am having a problem with the license's. When ever I get more than 15 people connected to it any one else that wants to connect can not. It say that the profile can not be loaded and that there are no more license's. I bought an extra 5 citrix license thinking this was the problem but still have the same problem. When I look at the different licece managers I see this. License Manager Quantity --------------- -------- Windows NT Server 300 Terminal Server License Manager Type Total Available Issued ----------------------------------------------------------------------- Existing Windows NT Workstation4 Builtin unlimited unlimited 22 Windows NT 4 Full License Standard 50 0 50 Windows NT 4 Upgrade standard 0 0 0 Temporary Full License Temp - - 6 Citrix Server Administration ---------------------------- License Description Activated User Count Pool Count ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Metaframe 1.8 For TSE YES 15 15 Citrix USer License Pac Yes 5 5 Citrix User License Pac Yes 5 5 Then it has for pooled license 25 and total license 25 It seems to me that it is not using the extra license pac's.
