to be totally honest, I would just shut off the notifications. Guaranteed
that 90% of your users probably just get annoyed they pop up. Users know
that jobs print 99% of the time. If it's a big job, wait longer.

Subject: How do I stop print notifications from crossing over domains?

Hi, I wonder if someone can help me resolve this problem.

We have a WAN with several trusted domains. Trouble is we have 2 users in
different domains with the same username - SMITHR. I'm not sure if the
other users get this problem as well, but the SMITHR in our domain gets the
print notifications from the other domain's print server when their SMITHR
sends a print job.

What do we need to do to keep print notifications restricted within the
domain? I've never seen this happen before now and I'm really puzzled.

Thanks for reading.

Steve
