ISSUE: When printing from Windows NT 4.0 clients to a Windows NT 4.0
server, a printing notification pop-up message appears from Messenger
Service.

SOLUTION: Administrative alerts related to server and resource use are
generated by the Windows NT system. For further information or support on
this feature, contact Microsoft (R).

To disable the notification, follow these steps on the Windows NT server
PC:

1. Click Start, point to Settings, then click Printers.
2. Click File, then click Server Properties.
3. Select the Advanced tab.
4. Click "Notify when Remote Documents are Printed" so that it is not
selected.
5. Click Start, point to Settings, then click Control Panel.
6. Open Services.
7. Highlight Spooler and click Stop.
8. Click Start to restart the spooler.
