Okay but if you take out the drive you have to replace it with a good one.
Do you have an array configuration utility to run so you can rebuild the
array? Or any options at boot up to rebuild?

Sorry it is a digital server 1000.

It has three hard drives in it.  I tried to take out the one that is bad. 
Or that I think is bad.  I can hear it clicking on start up.  But I end up
with the same problem.  The computer will start fine.  I can do everything
for a couple minutes.  Then it will either reboot or I can't do anything
on it.
