I believe your problem is being caused by a security policy.

Start -> control panel -> Performance & Maintenance -> Administrative tools
-> local security policy -> local policies -> security options

Look for    "Domain member: Digitally encrypt or sign secure channel
data(always)"

Its enabled, disable it.
