Nathan,

Try searching at www.sourceforge.net and www.freshmeat.net, there
are a few out there, they'd run on a Linux or perhaps BSD back end but a
browser front end.

Subject: Freeware or shareware helpdesk program

Guys and gals, I have been contacted by an old employee who went to work for
a school district. He needs to implement a helpdesk system but has almost
no money to do it. I know of wreq, but that is Unix based and he only knows
how to use Mac and Windows.

Does anyone know of any ports or freeware helpdesk systems that cost next to
nothing or nothing?

Appreciate the feedback.

Nathan
