Oohh you have the HP software running your printers. That explains it. I personally would never subject my users to such an unstable configuration. If you want to do it right, use tcp/ip printing. I only use Jetadmin to assign static IP addresses to the JetDirect Card. That is about as far as I will go with HP software.
