have a look at the BSOD.  Look at the first line with all the hex numbers.
 look at the last number.  Match that number with the numbers in the 4
cols of numbers.  This will tell you which dll or .sys file you are having
a problem with.  Most likely this dll or .sys file is a device driver to
some problem hardware.

boot into dos and rename this dll sys if you have a fat partition.  If you
don't do a parrallel install to do this.

If you BSOD on a parrallel install start swapping hardware starting with
your ram chips.
