Hi All NT 4 print servers and Win 2K print servers. Windows 95/98/NT4/2KPro (workstations)
Group of users, randomly sending jobs to network printers (not knowing they are sending them) and these printers receives 100s of jobs - the description of job(s) states: "Remote Downlevel Document". We can select the job(s) on the printer and delete it - but it is happening to multiple printers and multiple users, has anyone seen this? Any known virus? (We are running Norton).
