All the settings that you mentioned I have setup already. Like I said it
works only when I restart the machine but not when logging off and on.

I changed the primary network logon to client for Microsoft, the file and
printer sharing,and they are set to login to the Domain.




 BTW: I have found it helpful to have File and Print Sharing turned on
when
