Sure.  Most BIOS upgrade require an DOS disk and another disk with the bios 
image on it.  That's it.  I flash BIOS all the time with new motherboards 
before I begin the OS installation.

Read the manual in regards to flashing the BIOS for specific steps in 
flashing the BIOS.
