Well, do you want to know my msx story?
Ok, in 1987 i asked as a xmas gift a computer because my cousin had a C64
and then my other cousin gave me his msx1 with a lot of games on tape, after
that i used the msx since 1991 when i bought an amiga and in 1993 a pc, i
will never used again my msx after 1991 because i lost my cable to connect
to tape, then in 1997 i bought a modem and offcourse internet, in the last
year i read an interview with Marco Casali on IEP (an italian emulation
site) about his Fanzine the I.C.M. Magazine, then i contacted him and i knew
that there was a lot different new msx computers after the msx... and that
thre was still someone active in the msx scene.
I Bought my second MSX, an MSX2 and i added to him a 1MB Memory Mapper a
Nice Mouse convertor a Sega Joystick and an IDE interface with a 100MBHD...
i'm still waiting the bag with the ide+hd.
And from 3 moths i started to program my first game on msx, because i know
very well basic on pc, but i'm learing all the differences... and the game
is still proceding.
now my msx desktop is this:
An MSX1 that i lost somewhere
an MSX2
a 1MB Memory mapper
a Nice Mouse to convert the PC-->MSX mouses
an IDE interface with 100MB HD
a philips msx original tape player.
a Sega Modified joypad
and wath else... nothing, i want to buy a music module... if you have one to
sell please tell it to me :)
