I own a nms8255, I guess the powersupply connector is the same; it is as
follows:
Red: +12V
Blue: +5V
Black: Ground
Yellow: -12V

I've also built my 8255 in a pc case. It uses the pc power supply; I
made a special 'transition' connector for it. Be careful with it because
the colours aren't the same:
Both PC power connectors are marked 'P8' and 'P9'. You don't need P9. P8
is as follows:
Black: ground
Black: ground
Blue: -12V
Yellow: +12V
Red: +5V
Orange: (I don't know, I think it is something that indicates 'Power
Good')

So P8 delivers all signals you need.

BTW to power the floppydrives you can use the
'pc-power-floppydrive-connectors'. Of course it is also possible to use
modified 1.44MB floppydrives instead of the orignal not-standard-sized
floppydrives that are probably not working properly anymore these
days...

PS. If you want to see it: come to Tilburg fair :-), I plan to take my
MSX along (Compjoetania TNG).
