I've mentioned to Tomas Karlsson that I'll offer some material
for posting on his Unofficial Spectravideo homepage (I already
contributed one technical article about the SV-328/318 cartridge
  slot, at http://home1.swipnet.se/~w-16418/tech_328carts.htm ).

Once I'm satisfied with my SV-to-PC cross-development platform,
it'll be relatively easy to duplicate for my MSX Yamaha CX5M,
as the SV & MSX are closely related. It's my intention to port
SV hardware projects to my CX5M. When I have an FDC made, I'll
port the CP/M-clone I wrote to MSX, and will embellish it to
implement new hardware/peripherals (I'm open to suggestions of
a name for the MSX version of a CP/M-clone operating system).

I don't have time for maintaining fancy homepages, but just for
archive purposes, I guess I can ZIP complete articles and make
them available at my homepage. I'll give that further thought.

  BTW: I'm seeking a highly-integrated floppy-disk controller chip,
preferably in a DIP or PLCC package. The best choices, that I've
found, are the 82077 or 82078 -- though Intel has announced that
these will be discontinued by the end of 1999. If anyone has any
info on alternatives, I'd like to know it. I want to make an FDC
quite soon, and then move on to an HDC (ATA/IDE).

  Cheers,

  Greg Vigneault
