  The ACCNET only uses the UART pins of the PC Internal MODEM. Really
  a ACCNET is equal to a RS232 cartridge, but with a MODEM in the
  other point (not a DIN25).

  Use NE2000 in MSX is hard (is uses 24bit address). NE1000 is the
  same thing (because use 10bit address, I thing). In discussions
  the soluction is stidy the Ethernet CHIP (this chip is very cheap)
  and construct a Ethernet board for MSX. Another soluction is the
  NE2000 for Notebooks. It is a peripherical that be connected in
  the paralel port of PCs Notebooks. May be construct a Bi-direcional
  paralel port for MSX can be a good idea...
