I'm wondering: is anyone interested in the same kind of competition, but then
for Turbo Pascal? Then you can only use the Library made by Kari Lammassaari,
as can be downloaded from my homepage. Further, almost exactly the same rules
could be applied here... and both Turbo Pascal 3.0 and 3.3 may be used,
including "Peek" (why may this not be used in the Basic compo? With peek you
could check some system variables, like if the computer the demo is running on
is MSX1, 2 or 2+...), "integer absolute" (for timers), but no ML may be
included, except for the ML in the libraries. Also, the libraries may not be
altered, unless there is a bug in it (and if this bug is sent to Kari, I'm
sure he'll fix it).
This may the MSX programmers give insight in the great possibilities of Turbo
Pascal on MSX (with the nice libraries made by Kari).
