Ofcourse this makes sense. With this fast multiply routine one could write
faster apps/games/demos. The no. of cycles a routine takes to i.e. draw a
screen is VERY important on our MSX. You only have a limited no. of cycles
compared to PCs and stuff ("just buy a faster processor if it runs too
slowly").
