fastest routine??

hello..

I don't think a fastest routine contest makes much sense,
let's have a shortest routine contest instead. The fastest
mul16 routine would probably be to do the same thing 16 *
and not even use a loop of some sorts, while the shortest routine would be
a real challenge!
btw. you didn't post your routine, just the header, was that intentionally?
