And to adapt time to summer / winter time, too, no TZ (TimeZone)
definitions, so also no need to patch them as Windows 95 and NT 3.51 which
were programmed to return to winter time in GMT+1 (in west europe) on the
3rd Sunday night (at 3 o'clock) of September ... but already 2 years it has
changed to 3rd Sunday of October ... MSX need no patch where more recent
Micro$oft products needed ;-)
