People, a friend of mine told me about the click of death. It's a
problem which happens when the Zip drive's head shocks with a big particle
of powder, so it loses its control and shocks with the disk's surface (when
you can listen a click). Fortunately, it happens with less than 10% of the
Zip Drives, so you have very little chance of having hazards. But, even if
you have this problem, Iomega exchange your 'clicked' Zip Drive without any
expenses.

        Bye!
