Hello sandro

Yes , there is a delay between video in and video out.
the reason is very simpel. The input video signal (CVBS) will be converted to RGB.

after superimposing it it will be converted to CVBS again.
The CVBS is a PAL color signal.
The conversion between PAL and RGB needs a delay of one line.
