Can someone help this guy?

I need to have any possible technical infos about hardware of Philips MSX2
NMS8280, and especially about video superimpose and real-time IC-Clock. Can
you please help me, or ask to one other MSX users ? In video, the most
important question is : if I have a normal video input, and Superimpose is
ON with SET VIDEO 2,0, is there any late between video input and video
output ? ( Of course it needs to be, signal needs to "cross" the computer,
but I can't imagine how much time in 10^-9 seconds, and I need to know for
a very special video switch I projected ).
