  :-?  Do you use "Extended partitions"?   Their partition table is MS-DOS
like, escept that Sector 0 of the HD does not mind to MSX, but it has too
have some specific data for the PCs. Try then to format the HD first with a
PC (it doesn't mind the partitions, even FAT16 or 32), and then make the
NEW partition table with Novaxis.
  Or write the correct data on the phisical Sector 0 of the HD. I can try
to attach my Sector 0 here.

  That's a MS-DOS problem, not MSX ;)
