Why not? You shouldn't be able to see depth on a screen, yet with 
practice, this works. If kids would play 4D games from the cradle, 
they probably will 'see' them, even if the comparison with the 
physical world can't be made. Hack, these hypothetical kids might 
even have an advantage with linear algebra.
