Hello everyone my name is Ross,
I've been here on this list since about July but I haven't yet
posted, so I feel kinda new here. I joined to find some information about
a computer that I bought at an auction a couple of years ago. The things
you were all talking about didn't really resemble the computer I had in
mind. I'd never dreamed of connecting an MSX to a modem or a hard disk,
so I hope we are talking about the same computer. Basically the computer
I have is a Pioneer PX-7 Palcom. From what I understand, it is based on
an MSX but with the added features of being able to create titles for
videos and general superimposing. I have never found anyone who has heard
of it before, so I feel rather lonely in my quest for information. So I
have a lot of questions which I would be very grateful if anyone could
answer. Has anyone ever heard of this computer? and odes anyone have any
information on it? Also I have some cartriidges for it, biut I have more
tapes that would be of use, but i don't have a tape recoder lead for it,
does anyone know the pin in/outs for the cassette lead? There seems to be
a lot of discussion of new software and hardware. Is there any shops or
companies that still sell these things or are they things that are
created by MSX enthusiates? Well I guess thats all I'll ask for the
moment, but I have lots more questions I hope to ask another time.
Sorry for taking up your time, and thank you for any help or information
that anyone can give.
   Thank you.
  ross
