Hi!

I have a NMS-8245 of which the diskdrive is really broken. I already
replaced the belt, but that didn't help. I still get Disk Offline
errors. After opening the drive, I noticed that the drive-head isn't
moving to the inner part of the disk if I give a "Files" command. But if
I move it to the inner-part manually and reset the computer, I see it
moving to the outer part. After that, it won't move anymore.

Conclusion:
- drive motor = ok
- head motor = ok
- drive belt = ok

So, what could be the problem then? Diskcontroller broken? The cables
and connectors also seem to be ok...
