Laurens,

> Maybe the stop drive-routine entry is at another adress in the turboR???

No. The stop-drive DiskROM routine is 4029h.
And the stop-drive countdown routine address depends on the BDOS
(1 or 2). I use the address in the FD9Fh hook.

> Does the DiskROM differ on FDDs/HDs???

Yes. But for MegaSCSI and Sunrise IDE, their ROM seems to make it
transparent to programs.

> Is the entry-table the same in all DiskROMs???

For the basic routines (4010h, 401Ch, 4022h, 4029h, etc), yes.

> How do you recognize the DiskROM???

That's a good question. Konami used to search the string "Disk
BASIC" in ROMs at page 1 (GM1 and GM2 do it). It doesn't work with
brazilian DiskROMs, becau they have the string "BASIC de disco".

> Can it be called safely on as well FDD as HD???

AFAIK, yes. Some tests showed it.

> Where can I get info about the DiskROM???

I have some docs. If you want...
