But I have an account at Geocities, which works very well, but doesn't
support CGI scripts. I also don't know how to write them but that is a minor
problem. So a search-engine won't work.

But if you categorize them like in MiLC, and then link after every title to
[English] or [Dutch] the people can find the docs easily. Downloading in a
ZIP is really a bit too complicated for me, I think you'll need to have your
own server at home then.
