You are to radical indeed. You do not know what deal was made between
the people that are selling it now and the people who made it. Maybe the
people who are selling it had to pay lots of money to buy over the license
rights. Or maybe they pay a fee per sold exemplar to the makers. So first
ask MAD (or MCCM if they are the ones selling it) what business
arrangements
they made with the MST before saying:
they did not make it so they have no right to sell it.
