Is there anyone that can verify if TED does not crash in this situation ?
I'm only trying to find out if NLMSX's 4 megabyte memory mapper causes
the problem or if TED causes it.

If TED is the problem than I don't have to spend a lot of time debugging
TED to find out why it is hangs.

If I switch to a 2 megabyte mapper then everything works just fine,
like it should. But that is not the solution here.
