 No, look at FCC1h address for find it's location. Remember
that this slot can or cannot be expanded, and so, the ID
byte will be different. (Only TR had BIOS on 0.0. All other
MSX have BIOS on slot 0 not expanded).
 I don't know if BIOS may be in any other slot, but this
difference is enough to "force" all of us to seek its
slot on FCC1h address.
