Hmmm...

What do you mean with distorted?? Nah in any case.. If you have a
NMS8250/80, try putting an SCC in one slot... That should solve the problem.
You see Philips forgot to build in a resistor... The problem can also be
solved by putting a resistor on PIN49 of the FMPAC (Sound Output)....
