YM2413 = FM-PAC/K (MSX Music) sound generating IC.

Yamaha has had a PDF document on this IC on their site for some time already.
I have some printed document myself, titled "YM2413 Application Manual"
(a scan of this is somewhere on Funet FTP site, I believe). I compared these
a while ago, and they match for the most part.

A small bit of programmer's info is missing in the Yamaha document (hey, it's
a datasheet), for the rest the info is exactly the same. And the Yamaha document
is much more nicely formatted.

So if you're a FM-PAC/K programmer, emulator builder or so and you don't have
this info yet, I suggest you get it from the Yamaha site ASAP.
