No, there's no need to a ROM for SCC since
it's a hardware part. BRMSX supports it

That's a strange thing to emulate, since most
real MSXs didn't have more than two disk drives! :)
But BRMSX lets you change disks , just like a
real MSX. ^^

There are many versions of SD Snatcher. The
original one required an SCC+ cartridge from
Konami. But you may find some cracked versions
supporting MegaRAM, Memory Mapper, even without
SCC (sounds bad, but bearable).

That's a pity. SD Snatcher is surely one of
the best RPGs in MSX. <:)
