 I'd knew about the presence of the timers and the ADPCM interrupts ...
Actually my doubt was if the IRQ output from the synthetizer chip were
connected
to the MSX IRQ input on the catrtridge slot ... 
 
 Also, now that you mentioned about OPLL ... Since OPLL is a sort of "el
cheapo" 
cost effective OPL synthetizer, is there any kind of data conversion
software we could use to convert OPLL data for OPL chip ? 
Or better ... convert OPLL software to work with the OPL ? 
(Maybe even the MSX-Music ROM)
