AFAIK, it was distributed by the famous (Dutch: beruchte) HSH.

Juan Salas also made MSX Paint IV if I am not mistaken, and I think that 
program has most of FVG's features.
Maybe also the same formats.
Anyway, I have the manual of FVG at home somewhere... But not the original disk.  I do 
have the disk of Final Graphics though, but that seems to be an older version. There 
should be a review of FVG or FG in MCM somewhere (around 40?). (Which was by the way 
the first article by Loek van Kooten...)
