1. Programmeren voor de Z80 - by Rodnay Zaks
(black book with a lightning on it, VERY thorough on all Z80 subjects, not
MSX-specific but that isn't a problem at all).
2. Stefan Boer's VDP course.
3. Machinetaal voor gevorderden - ???
(a purple book, it's MSX 1 only but that's not really a problem, lots of
hardware documentation and extensive explanation of the BIOS, upper RAM area
and the Basic calls and the relations between those).
4. MoonSound technical manual - Yamaha
5. Last but not least: a creative mind.
