No... you don't want that. STRICT practicallly forces you to use CSS. In
Strict even something like BODY BACKGROUND is illegal. Meaning it won't look
good on any browser with an uncomplete CSS support.

Did that. All okay.
The whole FAQ is now HTML 4.01 Transitional validated by the way, except the
Contents page. I use some dirty tricks there... ;-)
I will upload the validated HTML today. It is not done yet, so people could
check out the errors of Netscape. I mean, check if those also occur in other
browsers. Maarten reported Konqueror renders the HTML just fine.
I wonder if Mozilla renders it correctly. Could you check, Sean? Please mail me when
you did, so I can upload the improved HTML which deals with the Netscape problem by
using the trick of Alex and is als validated as stated above...
