I think the built of a new, better, ANSI-C-compliant C compiler
would be better than porting Java to MSX, or even working with C++.
Why not writing a compiler (interpreter in this case, I know)
of a more useful language, like Python or Perl (I'd prefer the second
one).
Just my one-buck of imagination... =)
