I have made the ROM in the Yamaha SFG-01 FM synthesizer cartridge
available at:

The checksum of this file should be B3F1h. I have also just received the
CX-5MU service manual which contains all sorts of useful details about the
cartridge and its YM2151 OPM and YM2148 MKS LSIs. I'll try to get it
scanned some time. It contains a memory map of the I/O in the cartridge
among other things. Curiously, both the OPM and MKS are memory mapped,
unlike other Z80 implementations of the OPM which use I/O mapping. (for
example, Sega's System 16 arcade machines)
