] Nishi tried and is always trying to rule the world all 15 years,
] didn't/isn't he? ;)
I do not know. I just know that he is/was an important person within ASCII,
which is/was an important organization inside the MSX world and which
apparently also is a large computer magazine publisher in Japan.
However, outside Japan or the MSX world, ASCII is almost unknown. So, even if
he is attempting to rule the world, he is not really successfull. Or he must
be trying to rule the world through Bil Gates/Microsoft, who is very
succesfull in ruling the PC world...
] However, please do not estimate the ravage that MSX Revivalists brought
] since 2 years ago. A lot of MSX users quitted MSX for the same reason which
] caused Yurei to postpone Tilburg 2001.
If I understand this correct, there is some battle going on with on one side
ASCII/the MSX Revivalists and on the other side the other MSX groups in
Japan? I'm not happy to hear that the MSX revival project is having such a
negative impact in Japan.
Here in Europe, the MSX revival project seems to have the opposite effect. It
seems to unite the various groups.
But lets wait what is going to happen. ASCII (or Nishi?) can become
successfull in the MSX revival or it can fail. In both cases, I will simply
continue with my hobby, my work and the rest of my life.
Kind regards,
Alex Wulms
