Keep in mind that you have to use the nfdisk1.2 version!
The 1.1 version can only make 15 partitions of 32 mb. The 1.2 version
canmake up to 32 partitions. The MAP.COM is enhanced to use this
partitiontable and therefor called MAP32.COM
