The navigation is horrible, and nearly all links are broken. I'm using
Netscape 4.75 on BSDi. Note that any good site is not dependant on any browser
whatsoever, so even line-mode browsers work (lynx for example).

PHP is server-side, so user-agents won't need to support it. Java is also
