I would be interested, it's the interface I use.
Although the interface is slow, it has good features like keeping
interrupts activated while reading/writing and also it allows access to a
single partition from 2 different computers.
And about the discussion of where Bert comes from, it seems to be basically
a MK interface with an updated EPROM in a smaller cartridge. HPN (Hans
Oranje) upgraded my MK (v2.6 I believe) to BERT 2.7 just by replacing the ROM.
