Stupid extensions? What makes them stupid? The fact that you use ZIP and
not the other archivers? I don't agree. Standard? Whose standard? ZIP
files are standard on DOS/Windows environments, [tar].gz files are
standard in UNIX, .sit/.hqx are standard in Macintosh, .ARC files are
standard in CP/M and .LZH/.LHA files are standard in the Amiga. .PMA
files (and to some extent, .LZH) are standard in the MSX. Learn to use
PMEXT (there's a version for PCs, in case you don't like to use your
MSX).
