Andrea, The .EXE file you are referring to is a tool created for use on the PC. It is rather impossible (or at least a lot of work) to make a .COM file out of it.
If you want to make a game, I advise you to use SCREEN 5 for it, and perhaps the scrolling, instead of SCREEN 10/11/12, because SCREEN 5 is much much easier to use. You can use those last three screens to display pretty pictures in the intro and outtro demo's. There is one (preview) of a game which was programmed in SCREEN 10 I believe. It is at ftp://ftp.funet.fi/pub/msx/games/msx2+/mkid.pma . It shows that a game in one of the 10+ screenmodes CAN be done, but it is hard, and I don't think it's a good idea to start there as a beginner. Again, I recommend you to use SCREEN 5. ~Grauw ----- Original Message ----- From: "Andrea Gasparrini" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Sent: Friday, May 24, 2002 8:45 PM Subject: Re: I search converter images from JPG to SCREEN12 > Hi Hans Peeters, > > They have gone to download the file of converters for JPG and BMP on your > situated > one, but they do not work nobody of these, why they give error to me when I > open the > file with LHA.EXE > Therefore I pray to send you them you!, in format COM > > Thanks for you, bye bye > Andrea Gasparrini from Italy > > Hans Peeters ha scritto: > > > ----- Original Message ----- > > From: "Andrea Gasparrini" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> > > To: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> > > Sent: Friday, May 24, 2002 6:05 PM > > Subject: I search converter images from JPG to SCREEN12 > > > > > Where I can find a converter of images from JPG to SCREEN12 or SCREEN11? > > > > Take a look at my page.
